Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer shipping within Australia via Australia Post.

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 5-10 business days

Handmade Items

Please note that all of our objects are handmade with care. Some items may require additional processing time, particularly during busy periods or for custom/workshop pieces. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package via Australia Post.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at phoebe@objectsbyphoebe.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
