Refund Policy

As a small business selling primarily handmade items, I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. I unfortunately can similarly not accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sending me a picture of how your order arrived, including the packaging helps to make this process faster :)

If your item arrives damaged you will be entitled to a refund, store-credit or (dependent on availability) I may be able to re-make the piece for you.


Refunds
If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Workshop Refunds

I no longer offer refunds for workshops for change of mind, COVID cancellations or otherwise. If you can no longer attend a workshop, I can move you to a workshop (of the same value) at a later date, if you provide me with at least 48 hours notice. 

Please send me an email for all workshop cancellation enquiries for an exchange and schedule another date.
