How do I clean my object?
Clean with a light touch.
To remove dirt and dust, apply a wet cloth with light pressure. If a cleaning liquid is used, make sure it is non-abrasive or corrosive bleach based. We use dish soap. Make sure it is fully dried before storing back in your cupboards.
Are my objects food safe?
All objects are food safe and can be used for the storage and consumption of food items unless stated otherwise.
Please use for the intended purpose only.
Are object(s) dishwasher/microwave safe?
All objects are made from high-quality stoneware, therefore they are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, to preserve the colours and glaze on your objects, it is recommended to hand wash only.

Uniquely Imperfect
All objects are hand built or wheel-thrown and made in small batches. No two items are the same! This means you accept (and, we hope, appreciate) them when they come with little imperfections or look slightly different from the photo. It’s part of the objects unique character.

All objects are handmade in Australia and locally sourced in surrounding ceramics warehouses.
Our packaging is by noissue offering sustainable packaging that is reusable, compostable or made from recycled materials.
SHIPPING
Do you ship worldwide?
Worldwide shipping is available, as long as your country is accepting International mail from Australia.
Any additional charges due to customs /taxes are the customers responsibility. Prices are listed in Australian (AUD) dollars.
Can I pick up my object(s)?
Studio pick up is available for those in Sydney. Please email us to arrange a suitable time to collect your object.

When will my object(s) be delivered?
Domestic orders will be processed and shipped within 10-12 business days of successful purchase. International orders vary.
You will receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase and again once your item has been shipped with included tracking number.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns/refunds?
All purchases are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged.
What happens if my object(s) arrive damaged?
Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order if it arrives damaged or broken, you will be required to present the object(s) in the box with all packaging for review.
Please read the item description carefully for each item you wish to purchase.
I've returned a damaged object. Have you received it?
It will take up to 21 business days for your object(s) to reach us and once it has, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received your parcel and the details of your refund.
